Summary

• Updated library/ansible and library/prettier to use gitlab-release in place of gitlab-generic-package, which has been retired.

• library/container now has a corresponding container project.

• Various fixes were added to ubuntu-autoinstall regarding yq command syntax, variable handling, and ISO artifact generation.

• Fixed a bug in cici regarding msgspec keywords, and expanded unit test coverage.

• Multiple pipelines have been updated to explicitly exclude generated artifacts from linting and license checks.
